Regular, Unobtrusive Updates

We're continually working on Active Council to add new features and fix any issues our customers find.

Regular updates are included as part of the package, and we'll notify you in advance if any downtime will occur, so we can schedule them for the most convenient time.

In-House Development Team

Our sites are built in-house by our experienced developers on a platform designed and constructed by us. 

If you need assistance or experience any issues we know our system inside out and can quickly investigate and carry out any required work on your site. 




Active Council provide customers with support for our software through our support portal. This is our first port of call for raising and managing any issues you may have. The support portal allows you to register any issues, but also track their progress. The system also prompts us to deal with the issue in line with our service level agreements for each service. The support portal also give you access to our knowledge bases so that you can see useful articles on how to deal with common problems.
